Xi Lan, BCBA
Co-Founder, Clinical Director

Xi is Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 10+ years in autism intervention and special education. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at the University of Arkansas. Xi specializes in integrating evidence-based ABA with holistic approaches to support children and families at the center and beyond.
Dr. Jingshu Chen, PhD
Co-Founder, Operational Director

Dr. Chen is a mom of one neurodivergent and two neurotypical kids, an experienced educator with a PhD in Education, and is currently pursuing her BCBA credentials. She combines professional expertise with personal insight to support children’s sensory development, behavior, nutrition, and social-emotional growth.

Her dedication to advocacy and her ability to connect with children and caregivers make her a vital member of our team.
