Xi is Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 10+ years in autism intervention and special education. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at the University of Arkansas. Xi specializes in integrating evidence-based ABA with holistic approaches to support children and families at the center and beyond.

University of Arkansas Research Associate and BCBA Melinda Duell brings nearly two decades of experience supporting children with autism and developmental needs across home, school, and community settings. She specializes in evidence-based ABA services, family collaboration, behavior support, and inclusive practices that help children build meaningful everyday skills. Passionate about empowering caregivers and creating individualized, compassionate care plans, Melinda is dedicated to helping families and therapy teams achieve lasting, practical outcomes for the children they serve.
